I must say, though, that Mercedes-Benz has some AMAZING dealers out there. In my case, I live above Atlanta and there’s nothing better than RBM customer service. Nothing. Not Lexus, Toyota, Acura, nor any other dealer (especially BMW).

Ok, then we basically agree it’s all subjective and dependant on who’s viewpoint it is.
