The bigger battery compensates for the retina display. but the SoC (GPU) is also more powerful and it can disproportionally use more power when doing graphics intensive. So doing SoC intensive tasks will actually lower your battery. Kind of like discrete GPUs on a laptop compared to integrated ones.

The Wheel of Fortune. It is a custom made software just for AT&T which functions similarly to its namesake.

LOL

How do they capture these? Use a fishing net?

Doesn't even open on my nexus 7. Keeps crashing on launch. I hope they do a lot of work on it before it is released into the play store.

Interesting. I tried reading up on him (wikipedia) - seems he supported nuclear powered propulsion but considered it a necessary evil.

Having 6 reactors more than other carriers shouldn't be an advantage - it shows inefficiency since the newer carriers can do better with just 2.

I buy this situation - he probably didn't have enough time to correct the mistake - all you need is a distracted second.

It was 1-2 weeks for the 16GB model when I checked (few minutes after it went back on sale)

Don't forget the HD screen compared to the Air. And it probably comes with Office.

Buy RIM (I probably can afford it after BB10 release). Then sue the crap out of Apple. Profit?

To everyone bringing up Waze - I love the app and I use it on my iPhone but I think this article is looking for apps with 'offline' maps.

Everyone is used to $1 and $2 apps. But then again, these guys are assholes. After we pay $50, they want more of our money for traffic and gas prices etc.

LTE isn't going to save you if cell towers get damaged or if you are in a bad coverage area. Offline maps have saved me many times. The fact that I didn't have to pay for it makes doubly sweet. The current apps are overpriced - they require subscriptions for traffic, gas etc. For about 15 or 20 dollars - every long

Waze does the same, even police traps too. So it made me a profit ;)

What did you do? Put it through a torture test?

What do you do at jaguar?

It is still a car, not a license to do what ever you want. But I love Aston (even if its design choice is getting a little too old).

I would love to take an AK47 to it (if I was immune to prosecution from law).

Now we know aliens exist among us (and are using the World Wide Web).
