Not currently, but they are building one in Cerro Armazones that will be the biggest optical telescope in the world. Last I heard, it should be complete by 2018, but not sure if they’re still on schedule.

Actually, the price is comparable. Not much difference at all. And again, *MOST* chefs use peeled. It’s just way more convenient.
I just buy peeled garlic - just like the majority of chefs do. I just don’t understand why folks bother with unpeeled garlic anymore.
