Well, Chrysler, the originator of the minivan, would like you to know that the minivan is not quite dead yet. Sergio Marchionne announced that Chrysler is currently investing $2 billion into its next generation minivan and the retooling of the Windsor Assembly Plant.

Isdera Imperator, a Mercedes based supercar that basically brought the C111 back to life.

I was there!! Even replied to someones comment with:

A TT V6 to help get permission from the bean counters, in all likelihood.

Hi! As a '11 Z06 Carbon owner I can attest to the performance advantages of CCM brakes from a fade resistance standpoint, but more important in my opinion is their weight advantage over steels in reducing unsprung weight. Can you see Corvette going to a carbon fiber wheel setup like the Mustang 350R to further reduce

Is there still room for a ZR1 in the lineup?!

my EcoBoost Focus gets shit gas mileage. It could benefit from a 7th gear, I'm pulling 3400 RPM going 75 on the interstate. Literally an 8mpg difference between 65 and 75. And yes, 75 is the speed limit here. Went off topic but I just wanted to rant about "EcoBoost".

Hell no. This will be the first embarassing Mercedes to come out of Alabama since production started in '97. This makes the entire R-class look both handsome and logical by comparison.

Mercedes dealers are going to mutiny if they stop selling a traditional looking SUV in favor of this x6 knockoff.

Because V10..........Because V10

For this gen, the coupe looked 10x nicer. Find one of those.

Agreed 100%. I really don't get it. What are the meetings like where these decisions are being made...because these guys clearly aren't actually looking at industry competition at all.

Those systems are evolving rapidly. IF your S class was 2 years old, then yes it is primitive compared to what is available in the 2015 model year cars.

Doug: Please go lease a luxury/exotic car and incite a riot in the comment section from guys who make $23K per year telling you you're RENTING a car! "See this '99 GMC Jimmy? Paid cash. You on the other hand are BORROWING your Maserati/Porsche/Bentley (...)."

can we buy one at $10k over sticker price?

well a lot of that markup is for getting a made not in china car vs a made in china car.

That's true but the base design shouldn't need much changing. By all accounts they have a Mercedes style split turbo with a Red Bull style exhaust for better aero. The only thing they might not have are the variable intake trumpets. Design wise they should be right there compared to say Ferrari who apparently won't

I don't think for a second that Honda is getting screwed here. They had much more time than any of them to make their power units. They had a whole season in which to learn from their competitor's mistakes and see what worked. Meanwhile the other teams only have a few changes that they're allowed to make to try and

Reinstate tobacco sponsorships. That is all.

I would be hesitant to tick off a stranger with testosterone issues when they're walking close to my car.
