It's actually a great stereotype! Because nobody thinks a Corvette is snobby. I can drive it anywhere and not worry. The lack of haters is great. Add the fact I don't drive a Stingray so only American muscle car and Corvette guys approach me in gas stations, it makes life peaceful.

I don't find mine (c6) too bad. If you go in expecting your money was spent on the hardware you'll be happy.

Because in the real world this car is faster. I drive an older Z06 and in the winter I can't even use first and second gear without fishtailing wildly while the RAV4 V6 I'm racing leaves me in its dust. And that's with 145 less hp than the new Z06!
