...and tells a better story than most features...

Why would a scifi horror film NOT get an R rating? Nobody wants to see a PG-13 horror flick...

I'm actually pretty excited about this movie. I love a good ghost flick, and this looks legitimately scary.

Too bad I got rid of my joystick years ago. Guess I'm buying a new one this weekend!

My dad first introduced me to space sim games. I remember wiling away hours and hours in XWing Vs Tie Fighter together! I was really sad to see the genre die out as of late. Feels like there's hope in the capable hands of Sol Exodus yet.

I'm going to cut right through the chest-beating here and just say that if it's a live action project, that is an absolutely terrible name.

We've been burned before by Syfy. Instead of having my heart broken again, I'm going to sit this one out.

'Couple' of months? Try 9, minimum. It's going to be painful.

You lost me at Syfy

Goddammit, that's enough. Focus on Star Trek 2 already!!!

You said it yourself, io9. The Scifi community is too fragmented. If Firefly were launched this season, there would be haters and fans, just like any other scifi show.

9 months is a standard to short-ish wait for most cable channels. Dexter is 9 months between seasons, Breaking Bad is anywhere from 9-13 between, etc.

Wonderful how most of the comments on this post are EXACTLY what the writer is talking about: we're fragmented and we like to tear down the shows we don't watch.

Speaking of owning space opera, their recent decision to demote Blood & Chrome back to a webseries is a terrible mistake. I wouldn't have watched it anyway, since it would have been on Syfy...but still.

It's alright, wasn't going to watch it anyway seeing as it would have been on Syfy

Felt in Pittsburgh. Very slight, but startling
