I think with their average speed aerodynamics doesn’t really factor that much

Not defending the choice of these turds in any way but consider that these trucks are basically doing stop and go every 60-80 ft in an urban neighborhood and I can completely understand how the mileage is going to be complete crap. I expect that if you did this drive cycle in a Honda Fit you would get crap mileage as…
With that 8 foot satellite dish on top, this would make a helluva tailgating/mobile sports bar rig.
In a year there will be an article about a former FBI mobile command vehicle turned into the ultimate RV with an asking price of 2.5 million.
The militarization of the LEGO police force.
I already had one, as a kid
The FBI, as in the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation, protected their vehicles with a *Viper* alarm system?
You say that like a 350 Chevy and a TurboHydraMatic comprise a ticking time bomb.
Boneless is for boneless people - the flats are the best bites. Once you have the technique down its just like eating an oyster- one quick bite.
This has a SBC not a diesel engine, so it does not actually roll coal.
They cut them up to charge more for less. Real chicken places won’t sell you a half a wing. These half of wings should be called Sports bar wings. I buy 40lbs of whole medium sized wings for ($125.99 or 3.15/lb). You’ll damn near pay twice for that in already cut wings.
FLATS FLATS FLATS FLATS CAPITAL LETTERS FLATS FLATS!!!!
I have a hard time comparing “boneless wings” to actual wings, because they’re not wings. I have nothing against them, mind you, and I enjoy them fairly often, but if I’m looking for wings, they are not it. I find they’re best with a dry rub.
Yes, Flats are definitely the best.
I feel like if you’re coming from a place of wanting to use a fork to eat wings, your opinion is already suspect.
Flats are the best. The meat is the tastiest and there is little to no gristle, unlike the drums which can have a lot of cartilage etc.
COrrect
Probably Lambos.
Even though I could never afford it (obviously) I think this is ridiculously awesome. I feel like Jalopnik currently has the biggest disconnect in terms of how writers see their takes being received, and what their actual reading audience is. Most of us like to see cool stuff, especially if it was repurposed like this.
This is the type of topic we need Fancy Kristen for.
