GTA3: San Andreas. The game was pulled at first cause of the Hot Coffee fiasco

I’m not paying anything for Stadia, because I don’t feel its worth anything. Either from a technical or monetary standpoint. There is a reason you were given $200 worth of product for free, and that’s because their product is not able to stand alone on it’s own without them giving it away. You got a free game, free

I think one of the most understated things this season has been building to is the idea of teamwork and community. All season Din has been around people working together like Deadwood Tatooine, the Frog couple, the Night Owls, and now his ad hoc posse to recover his child. It’s been a slow break down of his alone

There is also the thought that the toxic community isn’t worth any support, from Nintendo or otherwise.

Oh absolutely. There is just a difference in being sold on the strength of your first party library (which has been pretty much every console up until now) and not allowing third party publishers at all. You are talking about the first, but thinking of the later

I wouldn’t say that you are wrong, but I would also point out that Nintendo has and does offer titles through its digital stores that it does not publish, as well as not trying to offer an only games as a subscription service. NES and SNES Online are a benefit of the Switch Online service, they are part and parcel of

I think they will eventually, but it’s going to be a painful experience for us consumers

I actually already pay for Game Pass, and I think it’s a fantastic value. Mostly because it has a much greater breadth and width than just one publisher. This has been done before in similar fashion by Ubisoft with Uplay, as they tried to ape EA with Origin and now EA Play. Those three things all sucked though. No one

Awesome! So if I wasn’t already paying an excessive amount for a sub-standard, ill supported service from Google that will be sunset in 6 months, I can also combine that with an excessive subscription fee for a limited library of games from a single publisher. Where do I sign up!

Now playing

It’s not a snow level, but the color palette matches for Lava Reef Act 2 in Sonic and Knuckles.

Not really surprising to see this happen. I’m glad that Super Meat Boy Forever will be on Switch. I don’t do much gaming on the PC anymore, so that will be nice. I got the impression that some of the indies presented were more auteur driven, which is nice as that sort of style of game seems to have fallen out of favor

The same sort of people who are out there championing Retro Studios for working on Metroid Prime 4, but not understanding that most of, if not any, of the people who made the previous Metroid Prime games are still around.

Nope! Because our society favors more laize faire approaches to capitalism that ensure that those with the means are able to horde resources and goods.

You shouldn’t have to feel like you won a golden ticket for anything really. Yay capitalism.

Shit hit the fan there a long time ago. This is the death rattle.

The song gives off some funeral dirge vibes, and it wouldn’t surprise me to learn that it’s part of the musical inspiration for A Link Between Worlds.

Id put forth the winter sections of AC3, and the entire mountain of SSX3 over Tricky. Tricky really let the series stand apart from being the snowboard version of Tony Hawk, but the mountain so supremely tied it all together into the entire experience of snowboarding that was highly accurate in what it's like to be on

No Cyberpunk at all for me. I’ll be checking out the new stuff in Animal Crossing, AC Valhalla, and maybe Destiny 2 for the first time ever.

Hell yeah Super Meat Boy. My wedding cake was topped with Meat Boy and Bandage Girl figurines. After all then isolation and quarantining of 2020, expect the road trip game to become the new indie du jour setting for the next couple of years.
