That was my situation too. They make everything go so much faster and with less hand cramping. Highly, HIGHLY recommended as part of a quick gift set for stringed instrument player in your life.

I would recommend getting a string winder. They are little plastic handles that fit over the turnkeys of the tuning pegs and make the process of winding the strings much easier and quicker. They will run you less than 5 bucks at a music shop, and can often be found next to the strings and picks.

My partner grows lettuce in their garden outside, and we have a ton of it. I like lettuce, except for kale. Kale tastes like grass clippings and shit. We actually gave some of the lettuce to a neighbor last night. I’d say you can always default to salads, but if you don’t like lettuce that might be a problem.

The cat lost the ball in his little catnip toy, so I’ve been on the look out for replacement ping pong balls for the past few weeks. For some reason, every store around me is clear out of them. It’s baffling. I broke down and ordered some last night off of Amazon, a 40 pack for 12 bucks.
