I’ve known many overweight people who do crossfit too. I don’t think it works. Those who lose weight gain it all back once they finish the program. They bust their asses for nothing. And in some cases they injure their knees. Too many quaks promoting programs that are sketchy. I would never do crossfit.

That’s a special case though. Don’t base all your weight ideas on anecdotes. That’s pretty uncommon. I doubt all the fat people out there are actually very athletic, let’s be honest.
