“Elon is literally saving the world”

Can we do a gofundme to pay their domain registration for the rest of time?

I used to go to this place in Atlanta, and if you know it, you know it. It’s called Jack’s Pizza and Wings, right there off Highland. It’s a dive bar that serves pizza and wings, and also super cheap beer. Back in 2009, they were still serving $1 pints of “Old 4th Ward” which I’m pretty sure was just Miller.

With a name like “Twingo”, if I saw a line-up of several disparate cars and told to pick out the Twingo when I didn’t know it on sight, yes, I could do it. A fun name like “Twingo” could only be a fun hatchback.

Sounds like a car a pedo would drive - Elon

So,  are you thinking what I am thinking? The Lyric..oops Lyriq and Celestiq will last 3 model years and then thrown in the trash like last nights dinner?

The whole “build a bunch of inventory and then put a bunch of cash on the hood to move it“ thing didn’t really start until Chrysler did it in the 70s and it nearly sunk them (hence the government bailout). My last time in Germany was picking up my BMW M235i (European Delivery). Flat out at 155mph, several Porsches and a big AMG S-class did the same thing. BOOM past me like I was standing still. There is always a bigger dog on the Autobahn...

If you’ve been to Germany, boy, do they ever.

20 years, David Tracy hides in a corner in the post-apocalyptic hell that is the United States of America. Armor-clad police march in columns down the street. Jim Spanfeller, having somehow failed his way into a role as Ivanka Trump’s Vice President, shouts over loudspeakers about beans. People writhe in agony on the

Torch is right on.  The Prius (s) are no longer the only game in town, and people are waking up to it.

I think you are misunderstanding the issues. He is talking about best practices and ergonomics. Yes, some folks love beeps and dings all the time. But, Toyota rarely gives you the option of turning them off like Nissan and Honda/Acura. Yes, you can’t turn off the beep when you use the key fob on ANY Toyota or Lexus.

your anger is palpable and I am thriving on it this morning

I never understood why the manufacturers only sold the crappy compact vehicles in the US. Seriously, there are a lot of decent compact cars in the world that costs around the same as a Mirage or one of those Chevy Aveo/Spark things that are way better. In recent history I only remember the Honda Fit and the Ford
