That would work fine if most people made educated buying decisions. But they don't. Most people buy what marketing has convinced them that they want. And then marketing is done by the companies that make the cars. So they figure out what's profitable, build it, advertise it, and sell it. Ask most car buyers why they

I really hope these never get even close to that value. I would love to have one as a daily driver.

Gross, your car was gang-hooned.

The only Nissans which are similar to any Infiniti are the 370z and GT-R. The rest are all FWD based cars with transverse engines, though some have AWD options. On the other hand, all Infinitis are RWD based cars with longitudinal engines, and all on some version of the FM platform (like the 370z and GT-R), though

I agree with much of what you said, but I wouldn't call the 458 technologically inferior. Chris Harris from Evo magazine says that the 458 is the first car that adds to the driving enjoyment with electronics. ( [www.evo.co.uk] )

Is it the car companies' fault that people are not passionate about cars anymore, or is it the people's fault that car companies don't build many cars to be passionate about anymore?

The Sonata is more than big enough. I don't get why the comfort of kids is so important. They Don't need to be lounging. Like one of the other replies, I've spent a good amount of time in the back seat of a small hatchback with two other kids when I was younger. It was never a problem.

Can't really blame him for taking a picture. Say that he came home from his shift and went to oppositelock to mention how silly/cool it is that his best buy worked on a Lamborghini that day. The first response would be: "Pics or it didn't happen". Knowing this, he took a picture. No harm done.

The car looks like it was shot out of a cannon. Wish I could see that start of this.

Hey, I never said they're horrible cars. I almost got a V6 one to use in LeMons because I figured it's a decent choice. And I understand if people like them, but I can't.

some possibilities I thought of:

I wouldn't say I hate stuff in general, but you could say that I hate 4th gen Camaros. I don't have proof that it's one of the ugliest cars ever, but I get such a strong negative reaction from it, I had to get it out.

This is as good a place as any to make my opinion know on a marginally related topic: The 4th gen Camaro has some of the worst proportions for a car ever. I have never seen one that is not ugly, and I never will. And as if the designers didn't think that the car with a seemingly mile long front overhang wasn't ugly

I think he meant it makes the automatic focus useless, not the camera.

Anyone have experience using this with BBC's iPlayer?

I just noticed that the hood, bumper, and fenders are all one piece. I guess the whole thing opens forwards? That explains the huge gap right bellow the fender 'vents'.

1st gear: BMW hasn't learned their lesson with the 3 series. If they keep making the 1 series bigger, what are they going to do in 10-15 years? Introduce the 0.5 series?

How much different is Chrome OS compared to just running a very lightweight linux distro and using Chrome as your web browser? Maybe we can get a pro/con list?

2nd gear: I'm surprised that even half of the Fiestas are sedans considering that the hatchback looks pretty good and the sedan looks silly because it was obviously an afterthought.
