I casually asked my very conservative father his opinion of Donald Trump as a candidate. He said Trump wasn’t his favorite candidate but that he had been “misunderstood” in the comments he made about Mexico. Also, he would vote for Trump if it was Trump vs. Hillary.

I’m not American, so I’m free to gleefully enjoy every second of the Trump for prez show. And as funny as you all must find this in the US, is there any slight fear that he could actually win the nomination?

My spouse’s office has a bathroom with total little cubicles. Woodgrained walls to the floor, private sinks. Luxe, baby. My office had a bathroom that opened into the main open plan desk farm, dead center of the back wall. Which means everyone knew when you went and for how long. It was hell.

Honestly, the best part of summer for me has always been being able to pee and poop whenever I damn well please. But this summer I am stay-at-home-dadding a 4 month old, and he is in complete control of my bathroom schedule. And shower schedule. And eating schedule. And life.
