Yes, but it absolutely applies to Elizabeth Hasselbeck. The word was invented just to describe her particular brand of high-pitched self-righteous indignation.

My first thought as well. A complete lack of knowledge of the K-Trash family should be applauded, and those people celebrated.

Why would anyone voluntarily leave a show where they get paid to sit on comfy couches and spout their opinions, regardless of whether they are educated or completely uninformed, about whatever topics someone else comes up with for the day?

whyh is this godforsaken show even a thing after Barbara Walters?

Is Kardashian knowledge something we, as a people, brag about now? PLEASE GOD JUST MAKE IT STOP.

“Don’t ever diss my Kardashian knowledge.”

You know way more about the Kardashians than I do. I just want people to understand that you demand respect.

“I have to tell you, if that was a way to get off this bad boy, I’d been gone ages ago,” said Whoopi

Yeah, I can’t imagine anyone from our house acting like that on vacation or otherwise.

I thought it was weird that the sisters would be in this documentary. I haven’t followed super closely but from what I gather, they’re not upset at him or anything, right? Like it’s all “oh, well, he sinned, he prayed. we’re cool.” So what would they have to say about this that’s positive???

Nah, fuck this. They had a chance to cancel this when it actually meant something, and they didn’t. The “special” is their way of testing the waters for a Jill/Jessa spinoff and of financially capitalizing on the continued interest in the Duggars and what happens to them. I can’t decide what’s worse—pretending like

The way their reality programs are sinking, you’d think TLC might revert back to their original status as “The Learning Channel” instead of lowest common denominator.

Took ‘em long enough but on the other hand....wooooooot!

I try not to be too hard on her. She’s a product of her parents, lacked a lot of guidance, and is really just a follower in general. (Example: she got sucked into a cult for a few years. It was pretty bad.) She thinks she’s doing something noble and protecting her children, which is completely misguided and insane.

Exactly, if they were making an informed decision their kids would be fucking vaccinated.

I am angered every time I see assholes like this who are fighting for the right to not vaccinate their children. Meanwhile there are millions of parents elsewhere who walk for hours, without shoes, to get their children vaccinated. I’ve said this before here, but yeah, it still infuriates me to no end when I see this

She understands it intellectually, but it still hurts her on an emotional level. But I’m sorry, if your kid gives me the mumps, measles or the flu, I could seriously die. (There was a small mumps outbreak in our city, two kids at her school had it.) It took me a long time to prefer life to death, but I enjoy living,

I have an anti-abortion, anti-contraception, anti-vaccine friend. She had the nerve to make a Facebook post about how unconstitutional she found this law, because vaccination should be a personal choice. It took all I had not to type “roflmao"

I have so much rage for these idiots. 1) Autism is not a worse fate than goddamn measles, 2) vaccines don’t fucking cause autism in the first place, and 3) how entitled do you have to be to not give even one solitary fuck about the health of others in your community who might not be ABLE to get vaccinated due to age

That will get a “fuck NO” vote from me. Keep your disease vectors home or gtfo.
