People have been holding up the fact that it appears Jett and Currie mocked Fuchs about the incident as proof they knew it was a rape, but I read it as disdain for someone they viewed as willing to consent to anything just to be in the band. If that is their perception of her it may explain a lot.

Absolutely agree. I don’t even understand why Jett and Currie are being dragged into this. Good grief, sue the rapist’s estate, your record label,the adults who never contacted the authorities, trash your lousy parents who were God knows where but why name-drop who you think knows about your rape?
