Hey it all comes down to opinion. If that's your style then okay, but as a reader I'm turned off when the article comes across as a rant one would have over in-game chat.

The amount of ego-centric and power-horny managers I’ve seen is sickening.

This happens in every industry. Passion for your work = you will be payed less because you want to be there.
