I completely disagree. Vaginas and vulvas should not be used interchangeably - they should be used correctly which promotes an understanding of female anatomy. You wouldn't use "penis" and "urethra" interchangeably so why be purposefully ignorant and simplify a women's complex and glorious parts?

Some of you native-english-speaking ignorants obviously have no idea what vagina means etymologically, that's why you are not appalled by your own confusion when using vagina instead of vulva.
