This delay in a new vehicle being launched to avoid future recalls sounds similar to the delays Boeing has had with the 777X. There’s nothing inherintely wrong with the plane, but the FAA is being extra meticulous, picky and slow with its certification because of the fiasco it found itself in with Boeing and their 737…

That, and no one really wants to bring an emulation case before *this* Supreme Court, for fear of how they will rule.

Unless there’s proprietary nintendo code in Lockpick, Nintendo doesn’t really have a leg to stand on because there’s no way to prove the tool is being used for piracy just because it *can* be used for piracy.

I really don't get why Americans don't embrace Buick more. The LaCrosse was a handsome ride. I drove a '98 LeSabre when I was in college. It was am excellent car. They deserve more marketshare

What I’m hearing is Insomniac apparently can’t make a game that stands on having both Kraven AND Venom as the bads that they need to bring in someone who has almost no connection to Spidey whatsoever... not leading me to have much confidence in it.
