oh yes, correct meaning can be inferred, although that does leave room for inference error. But writing so that inference from context isn’t necessary is not more difficult and is more clear. That’s what good writing is all about...clarity unless obfuscation is the goal. :)

Even with ground based reference stations to adjust readings, “High Accuracy GPS” isn’t all that accurate. However, it is usually accurate enough and often faster and easier than running traditional traverse and measurements.
