There are just too many plot holes. If the show was less serious it would be easier to wave away the plot inconsistencies but they try to make things sound so serious when it all sounds really dumb.

It is easy to setup a filter to catch 100% of all targeted videos when you allow it to have a basically unbounded false positive rate. Inversely figuring out what you want and having basically no false positives would probably require you to personally select videos you want to watch.
