They do not display or ask you to agree to the EULA if you buy the physical copy of Zelda. They don’t even display it. So if you can’t see it you can’t agree to it. Not to mention the issue of is it even enforceable is an entirely different matter.

EULA’s don’t define the rule of law. You also don’t even have to read it to own the game physically you don’t even see the software terms of use. Because they don’t enforce you agreeing to it violations of it are much harder to enforce.

Emulating a game you ripped yourself from a legal copy you bought is not piracy. Downloading the game without having a legit key yourself is piracy.

You are not pirating something if you have a real copy and just rip it to your PC. If your getting your title keys off Google your pirating. You can get the keys from your WiiU and real physical disc and not require any “googling”.
