Hope you’re okay, there. No fever/cough here so mine is almost certainly anxiety. Never felt quite like something was IN my chest before.

So my wife and I had the absolute worst timing ever. I started a new job March 16th. We had also scheduled a kitchen and living room renovation with a local contractor which started March 17th. The same week, at least where I live, that everything was on soft lockdown. So to recap, a new job, a reno and a global…
Yes, it can be both -- which is why it’s important to pay attention to the range of symptoms of both anxiety and COVID-19 to help you have a better idea of what it is.
The caveat to this is that regular flu, and many other viruses, can also have this effect.
Google “addiction”
Nope. Just read comments from assholes.
One way to know is a newly discovered early symptom. people who have had it and recovered have mentioned that they had, long before any symptoms appeared, had a temporary reduced ability to taste things. Salty tastes especially so. if your worried you may have it. take a tiny bit of salt from a shaker and put it on…

This was extremely relevant to me a week ago.
Yup my mental health took a major dive this week. It’s a rough time.
Not white. I suffer from anxiety.

Why do people still troll? I don’t get it ;)
Fear that you’re dying or losing control of your mind
Thank you for this article. For the last two weeks I’ve been having sweating spells (especially at night), feeling shaky off and on, and have started having stomach issues. I’ve been taking my temperature daily and haven’t had a fever. I’m thinking I’m just having a lot of anxiety.
My issue now is dizziness - and then I checked and my blood pressure was super high. I am usually in the normal Range so I am assuming that is causing the dizziness. This am is went back to normal but still a little dizzy. I really don’t want to leave to go to a dr during this.
Speaking from experience after decades of occasional panic attacks due to stress, if it feels like somebody is trying to rip your heart out of your chest through your rib cage, it’s probably a panic attack. Discomfort across your entire chest is more likely upper respiratory distress.
I’ve had panic attacks before and one of my friends had anxiety attacks. Both result of anxiety, but much different feeling. Over 20 years of having anxiety issues, the panic attacks have lessened only because I can tell when they’re coming on now and can help control them. The thing to always remember about anxiety…
