I CANNOT WAIT. I’ve read every issue. Now they just need to adapt Mark Waid’s Irredeemable!

+1 for this reference. Had the poster when i was a teenager. Wasn’t Garret Morris in this?
Could you imagine the number of Wiis they must have
Take your fucking star
DRUK has better performers this go around. I felt the first season had too many female impersonators as oppposed to drag queens. I’m loving Lawrence though.
Get back to writing CB
I ask every person I meet who is rocking some SOA imagery if they’ve actually seen the horrendous ending...few have
Came to say this, you beat me-take your fucking star
The Paddington movies are modern classics-I would love for Paddington 3 to have Nicole Kidman (who had a blast working on the film) and Hugh Grant (same) team up to try to get that bear!
Such a trash mini series. He’s been responsible for many other comic book atrocities as well.
No lie, one of the best comics on my feed these days. But (and this isn’t a criticism) it’s a fantastic remix/extrapolation of 40 years of Hulk stories.
I just don’t know if i can get behind this adaptation. I hated the ending of the series, which is a shame because normally Ennis sticks the landing (Preacher, Hitman).
I’ve been playing D&D since my hippie mom and her friends taught me to play when i was 10 (i’m 46) It taught me how to be respectful, polite and chivalrous (though not in that m’lady neckbeard way) and a team player, and just to be a better person in general. Gary Gygax and good old JRR T. might have been the most…
Great, well thought out article. I’m going to throw out a few hot takes here for discussion-First off, I’m in my mid-forties and have read fantasy most of my life-especially in my teens, when the Fantasy genre really exploded (the 80's) . I HATED Terry Brooks, except for the Magic Kingdom series. I made it through all…
And he can write an action scene.
Is the fourth book EVER coming out? I wasn’t crazy about the revelation in the third book-it implied that his gifts were part of a magical lineage, rather than a product of his hardscrabble upbringing.
Sadly not a hot take.
I guess there’s a Spider-Man: FFH spoiler, awesome. Am I at fault for clicking on this link or is modern life to blame, the answer is probably yes
Just wanted to throw this one out there-my gay brother and I use the phrase “Silkwood Shower” a lot to describe cleansing yourself of an unpleasant experience:
Like I get this post but the manga and the animated movie were specifically made to be understood on different levels. The real thing I came here to say (after 4 tall boy strong IPAs) is that they are untouchable and a live action movie is a bad bad idea.
