Immortal Hulk is flat-out excellent. Yes, it does borrow heavily from what came before, but its a strong concept and really is fresh.

Like many white people, I first listened to PE whilst driving around in an 86 Chevette, and thought they were badass to the extreme. I still love PE- especially this:

Nope not a chance....just the existence of this new movie.

Who asked for this? Seriously.

Im amazed you have a TV-you sound like someone that would brag about not having a TV.

And what X-men story would that be? Not trolling or anything, just curious. For me its probably X-Factors Fall of the Mutants storyline, which introduced Archangel.

so did the comic...in 1980

I would watch the shit out of that

And redheads...didnt his Ultimate counterpart hit on Mary Jane?

not wrong, it was pretty lame of Summers to do that. However...IMHO X-Factor in the late 80's was killing it once the Simonsons started. I remember how much I enjoyed X-Factors Fall of the Mutants storyline compared to the lame ones in X-Men and New Mutants. Theres a reason Archangel and Apocalypse are still around

I agree with you-it seems like today’s comics from the Big Two are for the most part, a remix or a sample heavy version of a bands greatest hits. Most of the stuff Im reading these days is a boring riff on whats come before. There are exceptions, but they are few and far between.

Is Immortal Hulk that good? Ive been thinking about checking it out.

Ive got nothing bad to say about this, John Cena is an excellent human being-Hes fulfilled more Make-a-Wishes than any other person.

Id be very happy to see Hugh Grant in Paddington 3

Thats fair-theres been a lot of fantasy that Ive found to be a slog. That being said, I quite enjoyed The Wolf by Leo Carew recently. Any recommendations?

They did use a dope sample for “Steal my Sunshine”

I was always under the impression that Ska peaked in the 80's....was 9o’s Ska even a thing? Besides this:

A C+ review on a book isn’t exactly a ringing endorsement. Im quite the reader, but lately there really hasn’t been a fantasy book that for me is considered unputdownable, although to be fair Ive been waiting on a few forever (looking at you, Lynch and Rothfuss!!!)

Thas some good beer, there

Canadas craft beer prices are getting pretty ridiculous due to taxes and the like.
