Pull through or back in (where legal) and park as far away from other vehicles as possible. Backing in is safer than out because the information at hand is current, and you’re backing into a static environment from an active one. You can observe your surroundings as you prepare to back, and the area you’re backing

I’m just going to use this as justification for removing my A/C for weight reduction. I’ll have the refrigerant removed properly though, don’t worry.

I mean, what do you expect? They had 3 movies to wrap up the Skywalker arc, which could have just been left at 6, but we won’t get into that. I re-watched 7 and 8 right before viewing 9, and I’ve got to say episode 8 had the worst pacing and wasted a good chunk of of its run-time on a useless sub-plot. As far as the

I love that part of the design on my Mk4 GTI. The Mk5 and Mk7 keep the same feature, while the Mk6 lets the tail light bulge into that seam a little bit. The Audi Q5's tail light design has always caught my eye, intersecting the bumper, hatch, and tail light seams:

I’ve only seen a couple of these on the road, but they look great. I couldn’t give up my manual yet and I still have that pesky mod-bug, so a Sportwagen made more sense for me. MQB platform parts just pop on like Legos, so I’ll take care of the power deficit when the warranty’s up. It’s funny, my wife has been eyeing

I love reading up on these builds, but I never see much on how they get the Tesla unit to integrate with the car, or how power steering/braking is affected. I’ve been trying to see if there’s a way to select your drive mode (PRND) using a stock automatic shifter instead of a third party touch screen. I’m assuming

I had trouble finding voodew in October, but merry mashup has been at every gas station I go to. I definitely think it has that cranberry sierra mist vibe, which for most people my age is synonymous with the holidays. That and cherry cordial hershey kisses.

This is my main argument against left foot braking, unless there’s some technique I’m unaware of to implement in this particular situation. Even if you consciously make yourself use your right foot to brake only in an emergency stop, you’re fighting against instinctively using your left foot, and probably losing

I’ve only seen one on the road with plates in the Omaha area, which surprises the hell out of me. I’ve seen 3 separate 911 GT3s, a McLaren, multiple Type Rs and Focus RSs, Volvo V90s, but just one Supra. It could be the fact that the local dealership has a $15-20,000 markup on the Supras on its lot. It could be that

Obviously there are some problems with the way the law was interpreted here, but isn’t there also a problem with the fact that the legal fees were $70,000? I knew legal fees were expensive, but god damn, if you can’t get those covered it’s not even worth trying to sue. A friend of mine got hit by a car while on foot a

I need to do the wheel bearings on my GTI, which I have no experience with. I’m assuming I’ll break something important and the car will sit on jack stands for the Winter, but at least I have my work truck. I’m beginning to notice rust around the GTI’s front fenders, so it’s probably best I don’t drive it in snow this

I can only assume it’s the new 3 motor model, and the tacked-on fender flares are probably hiding wider, high performance tires. Some sources have even reported the interior being totally stripped. It’s still awesome though, and I’m excited to see what (if it happens) the production model looks like.

My main complaint is that it doesn’t seem like the developers tried to improve things like the UI. You still have to cycle through a menu to access your overhead map, and the inventory screen still feels cramped, even though your inventory capacity is as small as ever. I initially had been hoping they’d add 3-5 pieces

Anyone know what happens at the end of the track? Or how it stops?

If it were 1/6 scale I’d be on board. I’ll stick to my 12" McFarlane figure, even if it isn’t very poseable. If they made a 1/18 Warthog I’d buy it right up though.

I’d let friends drive my cars, but only close friends, and only if they have a comparable car that we’d swap for the drive. I wouldn’t loan them out because someone needed a car for the day. There’s Uhaul and Enterprise for that.

My Grandmother finally traded in her Crown Vic for an Avalon about 3 years ago. My Mom traded in her CR-V for the new Avalon this year, which spurred my Grandmother to trade her Avalon in for the new one as well. These things sell like hotcakes to anyone over the age of 40, and they’re great cars from what I hear.

Definitely picking this up after reading your review, though I didn’t need much convincing. Platinum apparently just churns out gold. Can they please make another Vanquish though?

I don’t know, man, I think I’m with Porsche on this one. “Turbo” is synonymous with the top tier trim of any Porsche, so it kind of fits with the Taycan. The word turbo is also used in casual conversation to mean fast in general, even if that isn’t necessarily its definition.

Very low single digits for diesel fuel economy, like 2-3 mpg. I’m definitely interested to see what the industry comes up with though, as we occasionally get loaner trucks to test on routes in real world applications before committing to buying 4 of them at a time. The main reason we picked up our 4 CNG trucks was
