I just started playing and I have no idea what I'm doing. :) I'm doing those missions that admiral keeps "suggesting" to me, but really...nobody will tell me if I can just go off and play in the sandbox or if all those people I'm seeing on the astrometrics map are actually on missions or PVP or what.
