YES! FFVIII is my favorite FF of the series. Love the combat and the Junction system for me was great! Also, this is the only game where you can play the best version of Tetra Master (FFXI's sucked and FFIX's was horrible too!)

I agree, I remember a lot of people complaining about the Cell CPU on the PS3 and how it was tougher to develop for than the 360's CPU, however, after a longer time with the system, they manage to make it sing.

Took me a good hour to update mine but I would have never thought to shut down the console mid update. Its a Wii, it will be slow to update. Nintendo Internet services always lag in speed.

Couldn't agree more. Specially having Steam, you can buy all the games that were hot items for a few bucks if you dont mind the wait. I got Batman Arkham Asylum GOTY & City for about $5 bundle.
