Who would think that they could edit DeNiro’s speech like this, not tell him, and everything would work out fine?  What about DeNiro’s recent public messages made them think this would go over well for them?

Let’s pull a fast one on a notoriously cranky and outspoken 80-year-old with an audience. What could possibly go wrong?

Good for him. If Apple (or whomever) wanted the speech edited, it’s their show. However, you discuss it with DeNiro ahead of time, reach an agreement, or find another speaker. Trying to be sneaky and just cutting it from the teleprompter is a bad look, and horrible lapse in judgement, as DeNiro calling them out on it

Why in the fuck isn’t it Billy Zane

The Loki series gave the character growth rarely seen in a Marvel venue. From a petulant but charming villain to the self-sacrificing savior of the multiverse is a pretty huge step, and the series led us through it masterfully. I’m sad that this is probably the end, but it’s hard to imagine where the story might go

I mean Steve Jobs is kinda Steve Jobs for idiots.

God, it’s so good to see classic poetry being quoted in pop culture again.

A couple of things:

Wow, really great reference. Thanks!

Husbands! If they aren’t demanding you empty their ever-filling venom bowls, they’re writhing and screaming about all the venom falling on their faces. Either way, I don’t see the gutters getting any cleaner, am I right ladies? Sigyn and Skaði, you know what I’m talking about!

I do love a good melancholy ending.

Now that was a damn good finale.

He’s like Steve Jobs but for idiots. What would even be worth saying about the guy?

Loki may not be my favorite MCU character, but his character arc, is by far my favorite. By a wide margin too, it’s not even close. From being the first big-Big Bad of the MCU to being arguably it’s most selfless “hero” at the end(for all time. always). Hiddleston nailed it every time. The exhaustion, the realization

Unless this movie is just a conga line of people punching and kicking Elon Musk in the genitals, I’ll pass.

Alien Ant Farm’s cover was PERFECT for the time it was released. It’s a fun capsule of nu-metal pop that pretty much everyone enjoys. That’s not a bad cover. Dynamite Hack’s “Boyz N the Hood” does this same thing but...not as well.

Pearl Jam’s “Last Kiss” is good and Alien Ant Farm’s “Smooth Criminal” was a lot of fun. Why are they here?

And yet it’s still not as bad of a video as ‘We Built This City’.

With any other outcome it would’ve been hard to explain why the core characters wouldn’t have a role to play in The Boys S4, but it seems like they literally locked them away so that they can’t. And while Cate and Sam are both still at large and now famous “heroes”, it’s easy enough to hand-wave away why either of

This kind of stings.  Of all the Friends, I’m probably more of a Chandler than I am any of the others.
