I love you think that the presence of a single hypothetical bad actor validates any of your arguments. The really sad thing here is that so many of you seem to know you are in the wrong, and thus need to resort to such dishonest tactics.  It’s like the sunk costs fallacy in motion.

Fun fact: my mom saw the ads for a new pokemon game and asked me if I was getting this one. I said no. She knows I’m a huge fan of the series so she asked why. I explained that half the monsters are missing, then the company claimed it was to improve animation which was reused from previous games, and that now all the

Id really appreciate if you guys (the author included) stopped comparing people who are disappointed by sword and shield to extremist right wingers. I don’t understand why you guys have to be so condescending and sarcastic towards us. I say it to everyone but it’s important to remember: we are pokemon fans like you.

One, it’s belitting the legit concerns and gripes people have with the game.

WOW is this article condescending.

That’s how most Pokemon games have been - the majority of what you can actually catch in the game is new stuff, and a lot of old Pokemon simply don’t appear in the wild, and can only be traded into the new game.

Look you can love whatever game you want. Ive always held the opinion that other people’s negative opinions on things I like can shove it.

I don’t have a problem with learning to like new things. Drednaw looks dope. But why does learning to like new things mean I have to say goodbye to old ones?

This is a bad take. It’s cool that you’re pumped to see Jolteon and Hitmonlee and Rhydon roaming around the wild area. It is equally cool for someone to be upset that they don’t see Bulbasaur, Squirtle, or Beedrill roaming around. I see a lot of these pieces that are framed like “Well you would never catch all 900+

Counterpoint. No.

There are two problems with Stadia.

When you make a game that is trying to make a statement by having a suicide bombing as your first sequence, you make your reviews into this.

The models are exactly the same though. Not a single polygon has been added into them. At most they dug up the original HD textures from archives.

You know, having well thought out critiques of a game isn’t the same thing as being ranty or unpleasant. But nice try trying to imply that I’m somehow being unreasonable or unfairly grouchy for criticizing a franchise I’ve invested a ton of money into. You do you. I’ll continue to bring these points up, because people

Weezing with a top hat...and the new villains are juggalos. That’s kinda cute...still not gonna get it because of the national dex and lack thereof. And the low quality of the textures and graphics when they could do so much better. And considering “high quality models” were the (original) reason for not having the

That looks... amazing. I’ve been more hopeful than most but that looks quite good. It also looks like they’re playing around with the lore quite a bit. However, I’ll see how it all falls when it drops. That being said there are certainly quite a bit of hints of events from the short stories and perhaps elements of The

All of the animations shown so far have been recycled from the 3DS games. The models are also all reused from the 3DS games/Let’s Go/Go.

I’m fine with not having all Pokemon available in the game. What I am LESS fine with is the fact that I’ll likely have to pay for their Home service for my living dex (Guessing that Bank support will end within a year or two) or leave it trapped in USUM forever. Which means that I’ll probably have to pay for this

I still say this is a bad move all around, First time a true pokemon title is on a console (i’m not counting GX or lets go) and I think they really needed a smash bros “everyone is here!” big bang out of the gate. Im guessing they dont want people to continue using the pokemon bank anymore (because why would you need

Feebas, yes. Ablot of people use its evolution.
