I’m no Paul Krugerman, but it seems to me that a higher capital gains tax would lead to a recalculation of the risk factor whereby people make investments (i.e. give money to people who want to use it to do things - open restaurants, build houses, etc.) and cause the economy to slow down considerably.
Whereas the Clintonistas prefer the Super-predatory blacks, amirite? After all, they can keep ‘em on the plantation of welfare and keep ‘em voting for at least 200 years!

There’s a recipe for armadillo that requires a nice cedar plank. You clean and place the armadillo meat on that plank and then spice the hell out of it.
