Yeah, but they have money and good credit, which is not a problem at all.

I honestly don’t have a problem with KIAs per se (my GF has a Soul with 125K and it’s held up just fine). But, it’s still a budget Hyundai.

I agree. My HHR is 300hp and I barely can find a space in my daily commute to exploit it. Usually, I’m cruising down the highway at 70, trying to fly under the radar.

Why only 350? Shouldn’t every car be 600hp with a manual? I know that’s what my 60+ year-old parents want to drive...

“Mercedes came in”.

Please stop with, “If it only had a manual” or, “are they going to offer a manual?”. THEY. ARE. NOT. GOING. TO. OFFER. A. MANUAL.

Dude, come on. IDC what motor it has, it’s still a KIA.

The troll who has zero intention of buying any of them.

Did you test drive the last one that had a manual? More importantly, did you BUY one?

Dear GM,

Three thoughts:

Monte Carlo or Grand Prix. Dead reliable 3800 V6, fwd for snowy Colorado days, cheap and available parts. If you need more go, get one with a supercharger. The Monte might be easier to find a low-mileage example, but I prefer the GP’s looks.

That’s a Sonic, not a Cruze.

Gee willikers, Hyundai built a car that can do the same thing my HHR SS could do ten years ago. Kudos!

Since folks are asking $10-13k for XJs with 60k miles, $15k seems like a steal. Conversely, $15k is a lot of money for a mere mortal like me to tie up in something I wouldn’t want to drive.

My Volvo needed a new flywheel, clutch, and exhaust, so I bought an HHR SS instead. True story.

How much is more? I know plenty of servers who regularly make $150 or more in a six-hour shift. Folks in high-end restaurants make significantly more. The only people who would benefit from that system are working in a low price establishment for a couple hours a day.

Luxury, schmuxury. Who wants those repair bills? Here’s a hatch that’ll be collectible, cheap to maintain, and fun in the twisties (it ran 8:43 at the ‘Ring). Plus, Brembos, LSD, launch control, and no lift shift. Take the extra money to run a tune for 300 whp and spank those Bimmers and Audis. Bonus: It was created

The Camaro has this infuriating sentence in the listing:

What? GM finally makes a car great the year it ceases production?
