Michigan, too.

Didn’t have to wait too long for that one, eh, Tom?

I know I’m eight months late, but wouldn’t a bicycle technically be a mid-engined vehicle?

Berkley might be what I’m thinking of, since I go through there more often than Pleasant Ridge. In any case, it’s quite sneaky. Can’t miss those State boys, though :)

There’s a municipality in Metro Detroit (Ferndale, maybe? I don’t recall) that has black cars with black insignia, so they’re technically marked.

Psych was so super good...

Well, if you trust Jalopnik:

Can you ask Hammond when he’s gonna shave that goatee? He looks like Mancow Muller.

I know what it’s like to drive a tank. I drive one every day:

I’m afraid it’s the other way around. GM makes way more money on trucks than cars. The Corvette, while a low-volume seller, is also a very profitable car. Cars in general are not selling and all the manufacturers are focusing on trucks and SUV’s to keep them afloat. See Ford moving their small car lines to Mexico and

It’s because the Chevy Citation they had in high school had the rearview mirror fall off once in 1993 and that NEVER happened in their brand new Toyota.

I have children and I still approve this message.

That dude is Psycho Mantis boss.

Remember this the next time you wonder why a new econobox costs $30k.

I have no problem with this.

That’s what my daughter did. She started driver’s ed, then quit because she didn’t really need to drive and just waited til she was 18 to get her license.

Reminds me of the ad in MAD or CARtoons that showed the aerodynamic evolution of the Maserati. By the end, you were basically laying down in the car and looking at a TV screen to drive. Can’t find it on the internets, tho :(

Question: has Jalopnik ever done any articles on CARtoons? It was one of my reading staples

No, but a can of PB Blaster does.

My 2006 Mercury Monterey goes 460-470 miles on a tank of gas. Mathematically, it should be more (20 mpgX26 gallon tank), but in the real world, that’s what I get. If I did all the hypermiling techniques, I might be able to squeeze 500 miles from a tank. Take that, Volvo!

If you really want to get deep in to the DOOM catalog, listen to “Black Bastards” by KMD. Recorded in ‘93 and shelved by Elektra til it was finally released in ‘01.
