Oh you’re so wrong about the 1007. It anything it should be a template.
There’s literally nothing nice in the size for sale in North America. 165" is still slightly longer than the 1st gen Mini Countryman, which is the perfect size. I can’t be the only one that would love a car exactly like this.
Speaking of design flaws how but the stupid formatting of Jalopnik slide shows that require a scroll to see every page?
You’re part of the problem.
Nope. It’s ugly. You’ve convinced yourself it’s beautiful because it’s engineered well.
It seems like this amazing missed opportunity. I strangely love the idea of an BWM i3. Imagine how it could benefit from pack advancements since the product was designed.

Health insurance actuaries have calculate whether is cheaper for you die without a helmet or be paralysed in the same accident while wearing one.
Some part of me still wants to own one. Great city car. I wish we were at the point where the aftermarket was offering replacement batteries utilising newer tech, so we could get more EV miles out of them.
It’s impossible. Always and forever in the grays. With no way to not be gray.
Also, how am I still in the grays after posting on Jalopnik for 15 years?
It’s still boggles my mind that the greed of Tony George singlehandedly killed open wheel racing in North America.
‘Q5 is the Altima of the Audi lineup though.’
Brownlee’s review was so disingenuous that I wondered if he was on the take from another manufacturer.
And it’s only gotten worse. Modern pick-ups and SUVs have ridiculous 5' high vertical grills. You couldn’t design a better small car crushing, pedestrian killing machine if you tried.
Exactly. So figure this thing is 180". That’s not a small vehicle. Looks great, sure, but there’s nothing clever in its packaging.
Hottest of hot takes.
