From Tesla’s data so far, they have about 100KW of regen available which is pretty impressive for an EV. But you need way more braking power than that to slow the car at track speeds. So yes, all EVs still have brakes.

The article is mistaken there. The back area is hollow, you can see it in the video when its backing up to the trailer. That door is just so that the driver can get access to the hydraulic hoses.

It’s meant for short routes <250 miles (80% of truck routes) so a sleeper is not really needed.

Which will get me the best gas milage? The OEMs in my jeep were copper but I replaced them with platinum 3 years ago and got better mileage, presumably on account of not being worn down to the porcelain. But I’ll go back to copper if it helps even more.  

We had this happen in our 30ft RV once on the highway at 75 mph and let me tell you, pants were shat. It felt like a magnitude 10 earthquake combined with a category 5 hurricane in 2 seconds flat. I thought we were going to die. Everything instantly flew out of the cupboards, refrigerator, and our seats.

First of all, letting things like “non-verbal utterances” make you hate anime is kind of shallow.

Either way, Disney does the dubs for these movies and they’re very well done for the most part. (Totoro’s is kind of bad, unfortunately)

I’d recommend either Princess Mononoke or Nausicaa, both of which have great voice…
