Something big will come of it, either Elder Scrolls VI or, more likely, a new Fallout. They wouldn't hold a separate press conference to announce Doom 4 or Dishonored 2.

Bethesda is holding their own E3 press conference for the first time ever this year. Bet your bottom dollar that Fallout 4 will be announced.
