I’m gonna say MST. Being one season, and knowing that Wash dies in Serenity could be one of those “Yeah, I kinda see what you mean” kinda things. MST lasted for years and years, and had to be traded via VHS. You can’t top that level of nerd-dom.

I think the Force Awakens is still very good, but episodes 4-7 are clearly superior. I think part of it might be the fact that Williams is pretty up there in the years.
