Everytime I see people talking about this, they mention how fast their internet is in Mbit/s and that is important but is not the most important way to measure how good your connection is. What truly matters is ping and you can have 200+Mbit/s with lousy pings.

The number one issue with these detox diets is that toxins have names, but they never name of wich toxins they are able to cleanse you. Why don't they do that? Because then one could measure the toxin levels before and after the cleanse to see if they actually changed and then you could prove they don't work.
