@Kamatari+: If you want a Hard-Cider taste, but non-alcoholic, that's easy to make. As a bonus, the alcohol you separate out (apple-jack) is a damn good drink too.

@gopanthers: Unlike Woodchuck and other such swill brands, homemade hard cider and apple-jack isn't marketed to teenage girls as a wine-cooler. As such there is no need to filter, pasteurize, add color, Inject with CO² etc.
