Lol, my wife and I were talking about that. Later on in the episode, the bit dawned on us and we both chuckled again at the premise. 

Man, every time I watch Logan being Logan, I’m screaming inside for one of his kids to finally get in his face and tell him what a dick of a father and man he is. Kendall came the closest, I suppose, when he got in Logan’s face after Logan smacked Roman. But even that wasn’t very satisfying. 

I think it was her new husband that was pushing for stuff (i.e., the divorce package from Logan) to be shaken up. Maybe I misunderstood that.
