I follow enough good political/humor guys on twitter that it makes what SNL is doing right now exceedingly lamer than it already would be, and it's for the reasons you describe. I'd hate to think that impressionable people are watching SNL and think that its "take" on these candidates is accurate at all. I'm saying

Starring Hozier, as Jareth the Goblin King

Matt Bellassai? Well, he's no Harley Morenstein

Cacao!

I got a role for her RIGHT HERE.

Another aspect of it that I love is that @Seinfeld2000 clearly knows how half-assed his jokes and references are (while the photoshops are anything BUT half-assed). I'm more comfortable laughing at jokes that the writer clearly knows are "easy." It's such a high frequency account, that if he thought he was doing

Double Income No Kids

You just blew my mind.

…Farley cream?

Jesse, I hate to break it to you, but about Mad Men fans and Betty Draper…

I hate Chevy Chase too, but some of his wild-eyed giddy expressions when he talks about how great their Christmas is going to be slay me every time. There was a point where the guy could make me laugh with his face alone.

I'm way more surprised that they actually showed an animated one.

Armond Waller - gender bending the role.

Ah, I see what you're saying.

Isn't he playing the Flash? Like, the contract is signed and everything?

She's sooooo right about this song being hailed as "too deep for you" by the bro crowd

Am I crazy, or is that a lotta gum?

No mention of MacFarlane's theft of Jimmy Corrigan for Stewie Griffin?

Isn't white a prerequisite for that?

I agree. Excuses for structure and format aside, I just can't bring myself to ignore the fact that I laughed a whole lot less at season 4. You can't catch lightning again once it's gone.
