I agree he requires a relationship. But the writers are forcing it. I would have agreed if this happened somewhere in middle of season 5 (lets hope they announce it soon). At present there's no chemistry. Or maybe I'm wrong. In case of present Reese, silent and brooding Iris might be his fit. Just hope they click or

Its not that Team Machine needs some help. But from the last 5 episodes its too much force feeding on part of writers. Unless they give an awesome introduction to the character, like Shaw in 'Relevance' or Root in 'Firewall' I will not buy it :P. Harper's introduction in Blunt was pretty bland. Now she is more

Same feeling. I just don't like her. She acts too smug. We cant neglect her either since the machine is in contact with her. And what's with the TV auditions for Shaw's role. We don't need another member of team that fast. Let the team suffer more emotionally.

I am in two ways about Reese+Iris relationship. I understand why they have to do something with Reese's character because his back story is dried out and he can't offer any technical expertise when it comes to fighting Samaritan. But the way they build it up, doesn't feel natural.

If Edwards committed the suicide, it would have been an A- episode. Guess CBS doesn't allow that. Because he's got nothing to live for. And Finch and Reese can't tell him to stop either because they are also on a long drawn out suicide mission.

Yep, I checked all IMDB cast info on episodes where David Vulcan was there, he is listed as Scarface only.

From the trailer it looks like Elias is going to loose Scarface in the next episode. And, then I hope he goes bat shit crazy like Reese back in 3x10. In "The Cold War", Elias gets finally serious and there's all out war in New York. On the other side, I hope Finch mysterious errands for the past few episodes make

'We all Die in the End'

This is a very long shot. But I think this is like the unseen war going on between the Machine vs Samaritan. Machineś Egret vs Samaritanś Dominic.

Egret, another bird. I will be waiting for Mr.Peacock, Mr. Penguin and Mr.hawk then :)

Yeah, I took Shaw' s reference from an episode. In the Nerdist Writers Panel Podcast, Plageman said that he had to call a actor and say his/her character is getting killed. I expect it is going to be Shaw. She is the one in Team Machine, who has more behavioral similarities to Samaritan than any one else. I am waiting

Yeah, the machine took nearly 7 years to achieve the near sentience it has now. Samaritan is just figuring out. One thing Finch did was build into "The Machine" a self protecting mechanism, and near human way of discretizing things but at Hyper speeds. I even cried along with Root in that Ernest Thornhill Episode

What if Dominic turns out to be like a virtual citizen
"Ernest Thornhill" created by Samaritan to lure the team out. It knows they save people. So, it's just creating a big mess very subtly where so many innocent people get caught in cross fire, the team has to intervene.
