Ok, so you warn him that he’ll be jaded like the rest of us once he:
- Plays through all the story content
- Max levels all 3 classes
- Max levels all 9 subclasses
- Plays ToO/IB enough times to hate it
- Acquires all exotics
- And reaches a high enough Light level on all 3 characters to be raid grinding for marginal…
“It’s okay to stop playing Destiny.”
What I don’t understand is why he rushed it. This guy has made so much money from FNAF, it’s not like he needed to get it out the door ASAP or anything like that. Maybe he’s worried the series, being somewhat of a fad hit, might lose relevance if he waited too long?
Yeah, Diablo has always been grindy but the grind is a lot better these days than it was at launch. The amount of things to do and speed at which you acquire new items is much faster and rewarding with the latest versions of D3. Unlike the launch version, I don’t find myself getting that, “Ugh, just keep pushing” that…
PoE is an awesome game for being F2P and I’d say it’s undeniably better than D3 was at launch.
However, D3 RoS patch 2.4 and D3 vanilla at launch are two very different games. D3 is far from the game it was years ago and I don’t think saying PoE is strictly better is accurate anymore.
When was the last time you played…
This game has improved so much since launch. I thought Reaper of Souls was a huge upgrade, and it was, but it’s even changed so much since that released. Comparing D3 RoS with the newest patch (2.4) to D3 vanilla at launch is like night a day, it’s hardly even the same game anymore from how many core mechanics they’ve…
You beat me to it. I’m partial to the PS4, but really their video capture and sharing technologies are pretty much equally capable.
I see so many people posting in Fallout 4 articles about how Fallout 4 is no longer a Fallout game anymore, like this was the entry in the series that finally broke the camel’s back and truly deviated from the original formula. This baffles me, because Fallout has been far away from the design and intent of what…
Trying out Gems of War thanks to your recommendation. Will report back.
Depends on how you look at it, really. CS:GO requires much better aiming and twitch movement skills by far, but Halo features more dynamic and complex maps that make objective-based game modes require more skillful team coordination.
Or, at least that’s my opinion on the matter. I’m sure plenty would disagree with me,…
I spent five bucks. Basically, I bought the Carlton. lol
But most of this stuff... I mean, come on. How do you dump your money into this? I understand Bungie wants to move to this model but you have to offer better shit than this, ESPECIALLY considering it’s not a F2P game! I bought into this FULL PRICE (plus…
At $30 I’d expect a level boost to 40, not 25. Getting to level 25 is very easy and quick, I’m a little confused why they made this.
They might as well have called it, “Skip to The Taken King content for $30.”
Being able to speed up the game or turn off random encounters is AWESOME (there are too many parts in this game where you get slammed with encounters just trying to backtrack through an area you’ve already been to multiple times), but insta-heal and infinite limit breaks? I mean, cheats are fine in singleplayer games…
lol your trolling is showing.
So did anyone else think this was AWESOME how Mr. Keighley called out Konami in front of the world for their shitty business practices?
I mean, relish in this drama of it all you want, but personally I’m tearing up a bit over the bravery of it. That’s one big industry bro-fist right there.
I tested it. Seems like it’s just as true as it is good. Doesn’t seem like a demo, looks like the full game from what I’ve played. I’m guessing the PC version is complete now and while they polish the final touches for the console re-releases, they’re using the PC platform as an advertising utility via this limited…
The frontpage when you log into the Epic Games launcher has an ad-like image for Shadow Complex. Now that the load is reduced, click that and it’ll take you to an Install page. After clicking Install, it’ll be added to your apps in the tabs at the top of the launcher window.
It’s available now, from the launcher’s frontpage. It was showing before, if you were able to successfully log in through all the traffic, but you had to click an ad-like image on the launcher’s frontpage post-login to get it to the download but that step was just stalling out on me before. Now it’s working, once you…
I feel the same way. When I tried it, I was like, “Yeah, this actually is a really good game and lives up to the hype.” then a week later I cancelled my sub and stopped playing because after years and years of WoW I just can’t get into MMOs again.
