That said, it usually goes unnoticed and plenty of people are doing it successfully.

I have both the Xbone and PS4... sorry brother, but the Dual Shock 4 is superior. Only thing I like better on the Xbone controller is the triggers (best I've ever used, actually).

Uhh, no it's not. I have not met a single person who has ever called calisthenics lifting. I've heard people call body weight exercises strength training, but not lifting. Lifting means lifting weights, not your body weight.
