If I had to guess I’d say maybe an ascending aoritc aneurysm? The course of symptom progression makes sense

doctor here. totally a possibility that he had an undiagnosed bleeding disorder or some sort of structural abnormality with his vasculature that could have set him up for a brain bleed or other type of internal bleeding. Either way, very sad outcome.

The truth is, most driving is boring these days, regardless of what you’re driving. The daily traffic-riddled commute, popping out for groceries, etc. I do those things in a highly entertaining car, and they still aren’t exactly what I’d call fun.
