Yeah you can download them, but you can't access them. If PS+ expires you can still download them or even have them waiting to be downloaded, plus even if they change the games next month you can still download them provided you have them in a queue. However you can't play free games if PS+ expires.

While Uncharted may not be the first game to do cinematic game play, it did set a new precedence and standard for games aiming for that. When ever a cinematic moment like that is shown through game play people are going to compare it to Uncharted (especially number 2) simply because of it's influence upon the industry…
