I, a 50-something old lady, had to explain to my 40-something colleague today who Post Malone was. Some of the kids at school dressed as Post Malone for Halloween and he did not know what that was. Like, dude, pay attention to what the students are talking about! Switch off NPR every once in a while!

I first heard about him from friends being like “I love Post Malone!!!” I googled him and immediately wrote him off based on appearance and connection to Justin Bieber.  Then I saw him in a couple interviews and I was completely endeared. 

I LOVE HIM! First of all I really do love his music. His writing is so good, and his vocals are amazing. Secondly, he kind of just seems like an adorable sweetheart you want to give a big hug to. I even like his tats.  He’s so cute.  I am Team Post!
