Thanks for this... I will ask the hospital when they are ready to discharge her what steps I can take! She had a caseworker last stroke, and he came to the house and I never heard from him again. 

I can’t imagine because A LOT of Chicagoans / Illinois people are moving to Michigan! Have you noticed?? I have had probably 5 friends move the past couple years!!

We take the train to work... but its still a good 45 minutes to an hour. Its harder to take a nap on the train than you think!
