By ‘75 they were building pretty decent water cooled cars. I’d argue what you’re seeing here is the value of persistence. Honda declared they were going to sell cars and they kept trying till they got it right.

This year we went for it. A proper RV trailer. Towable by the ecodiesel wk2, but sitting in our own little slice of heaven, looking out over the Mississippi river valley. We finally can be there every.weekend.

Holy crap! That’s fucking expensive. I could buy a couple of really nice tents and a lifetime supply of pads, cots and sleeping bags for that much and have enough left over to pay for food and gas for 10 camping trips.
