Here’s the thing. It’s simply a joke. No one group is free of being targeted by jokes. Some are certainly tasteless, but nothing in there was worthy of being removed whatsoever.

I don't think he's listening to his own stream, his Buddy is just being really rude and using an external microphone or Playstation Camera as his mic. So all of his sound is being picked up through the other guys microphone. It's one of my biggest pet peeves when I play video games with people.
