Gizmodo has approached these riots entirely wrong, thinking there's any similarity to riots across the middle east. These riots are criminal activity, end of story. They have no manifesto.

Stop comparing UK riots to democracy riots! UK rioters aren't even asking for anything.

It's an obvious point to make, but you just use your judgement. These rioters have no manifesto, no protest. Even if you ask them, they aren't rioting for anything but flat-screen TVs. Stopping them isn't stopping any kind of speech at all.

What the hell is Gizmodo ostensibly promoting smoking for?

The other problem is bogus reviews from the developers themselves and/or hired PR agencies. It's very hard to track down.

So many inaccurate reports in this article! You are exaggerating every aspect of what Cameron said, and this idea was only 1 of many "possibilities". As PM he obviously has to consider all possibilities before deciding on action.

What makes you think the missing multiplier is "million"? It could have been a missing "k" or "bn" or even 100 googols. You assume far too much, my friend.

Foolish Apple, being non-native to the UK, haven't appreciated the psychological significance of the £0.59 price point. At £0.69, even though it's such a small amount, I'm sure there will be a backlash.

Google+ is thereby also further advancing the singular neutral "they" - a good deed for English speakers worldwide.

Photographer owns. The act of deciding to develop a set of photos (that could be considered random exposures) is his artistic input, hence his intellectual property.

Japanese are used to 720 degree drops.

And in one final patented explosion, all smartphones will cease to exist and become illegal.

Technical systems are meant for a particular segment of technical people. But a self-checkout is meant for everyone, and so should be designed for everyone, dumb included. Personally, I've never understood the thing with weight-checking.

If users fail at a system, it's the system's fault, not the users'.

You forgot about the other new iPhone 6 feature from credible sources - cold fusion.

It's a great idea. Unification long overdue.
